For several years now, the Community Foundation has had a wonderful partnership with WWJ NewsRadio 950 AM to highlight individuals who are making a difference in the local community each week.

Do you know someone who spends their time and/or resources helping others? If so, help them share their story by nominating them as an individual "Making a Difference in Southeast Michigan."
