• Employer-Led: Employers must be active in the development and implementation of workforce development solutions 

• Regional Alignment: City and county-level players are often doing great work in siloes;
  Workforce needs do not follow city or county lines 
• Coordination: Southeast Michigan is rich in talent and opportunities, but needs better alignment and a shared vision 

What is DRWP?

We are a business-led intermediary, designed to simplify the ways that businesses can engage with educational institutions and workforce development organizations to shape a shared regional talent strategy.

How We Work:

The DRWP is dedicated to connecting the dots between the wealth of different programs, resources and opportunities in our workforce development system.  

Our goal is to make it easier for employers to engage with workforce development partners and therefore take a more active role in the shaping of our regional talent strategy.  

While solutions may look different across sectors, DRWP work with employers always follow the same fundamental model:
