Beyond equity, Amanda believes in justice. And she believes witnessing communities and families ravaged by addiction and disinvestment due to discriminatory policies requires justice. As an Analyst for the Michigan Opioid Partnership, Amanda focuses on working with hospitals on Technical Assistance, data collection, and training opportunities to lay the groundwork for meaningful, lasting change surrounding the opioid crisis.
Amanda joined the Community Foundation through the Michigan Justice Fund in 2020. She holds a Master of Public Health and a Master of Public Administration, both from Wayne State University, and has been working in the nonprofit sector since 2012.
