Funding Art. Fueling Culture. Fostering Inclusion.
The Inclusive Arts Fund supports small to mid-size arts and cultural organizations in Southeast Michigan with grants of $25,000. These grants are designed to enhance capacity and increase community access to arts programming and drive economic development.
The fund was launched in 2022 with an initial investment from the Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Foundation. Since the initial investment, the Fund has awarded 1.5 million dollars to eighty-five leading arts and culture organizations in southeast Michigan. We understand that investing in art and culture ultimately drives economic development within the region. Support for inclusive access is intended to assist individual organizations and/or the arts and culture sector to ensure their offerings and operations are designed to attract and welcome diverse and varied audiences.
