This Site is owned and maintained by Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan and is designed as a communication tool.

When you visit the Site, we will not collect personal information about you unless you provide it to us voluntarily. Personal information includes information that is particular to you such as name, age, street address, and e-mail address. Our primary goal in collecting personal information from you when you visit the Site is to provide you the functionality and services that you need to have a meaningful and customized experience while using the Site features. If you decide not to provide us with personal information, you can still access this Site; however you may be unable to access certain content or receive particular information.

This Site may use “cookies” to collect personal information and use a third party to deliver Site functionality, such as fulfilling your request for information. Web beacons/GIF/pixel tags are Site instrumentation tools that help us to determine, for instance, whether a page has been viewed or not and, if so, how many times. Your personal information may also be transferred in the event of a sale, merger, consolidation or similar transaction pertaining to the Site and/or Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan.

If you have submitted personal information to the Site, or if someone else has submitted your personal information to the Site either directly or through an interactive advertisement or other means, or if we have collected personally identifiable information on you through the Site in some other fashion, you can access this information by calling us. The Site does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 years of age and provides warnings against children under 13 years of age registering with the Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan. If, despite these efforts, a child has provided us with personal information, a parent or guardian of that child may contact us if they want the information deleted from our records. We will take reasonable steps to confirm the identity of the parent and to locate and delete information about the child.
