Driven by a passion to reduce the stigma associated with opioid use disorder and increasing access to dignified, equitable care for those living with it, Hannah has served with health initiatives at the Community Foundation since 2019. Hannah works with the Michigan Opioid Partnership’s funding partners, including the Michigan Department of Health and Human Services, as well as helping to manage millions in grants across the state of Michigan. With a career spent primarily in the nonprofit sector, Hannah hopes to be a part of how the Community Foundation can help progress the way vulnerable and marginalized communities are served.
