Nicole was 19 years old when she came to the U.S. for the first time from the Netherlands and wound up building her life here in southeast Michigan. Since 2002, Nicole has been supporting the Philanthropic Services department to ensure our donors get the best possible service from the Community Foundation. Now working as Operations Manager, Nicole oversees gift processing, donor-advised fund grants, and supporting our fundraisers. She is driven every day by the impact the donors make through the Community Foundation, and is thrilled to be a part of the team that can help to turn donors’ visions to reality.
