Calling all Pontiac nonprofit leaders!

The Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan, Pontiac Funders Collaborative is hosting a workshop for nonprofit agencies who are considering a facilities project.

We have partnered with IFF, a mission-driven lender, developer, and consultant, to lead a discussion that frames the stages of real estate development project with a focus on the early planning phases.

You will come away with key items to ensure board/staff alignment, timing and sequencing of planning activities, myths and red flags typical in real estate projects, and the services IFF can provide to assist you throughout your planning and development phases.

Registration and Location

This event is free and open to the public but you must pre-register to attend. Refreshments will be provided.

To accommodate as many people as we can, we will have two dates/times available for you to attend. The content will be the same for both sessions so please choose the session that works best for your schedule.
