Discussing the Census with Nolan Finley

In General

Having an accurate census count is important for the region, the city of Detroit and the state.

States lose an average of $1,800 per person per year for every person not counted. The Community Foundation for Southeast Michigan is providing grants to nonprofits that support an accurate and fair 2020 Census count through the Southeast Michigan Counts initiative.

Listen to the interview as the Community Foundation’s strategy officer Melissa Smiley discusses this important issue on the 910 AM Superstation with Nolan Finley.
