The Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Legacy Fund for Caregivers is one of four funds established through the Ralph C. Wilson, Jr. Legacy Funds — permanent, endowed funds created at the Community Foundation to carry forward Mr. Wilson’s personal commitment to the people of southeast Michigan. Grantmaking for the Caregivers Fund is administered as part of this shared Legacy Funds process, alongside the Design & Access, Youth Sports, and Grosse Pointe Community Assets Funds.
The Caregivers Fund supports projects within southeast Michigan that assist caregivers of persons unable to fully care for themselves, prioritizing requests from underserved communities and giving preference to support for caregivers of older adults.
Because all four Legacy Funds share a single, competitive application, prospective grantees apply through one process rather than separately by fund. For information on grant opportunities for Caregivers, visit our Ralph C. Wilson Jr. Legacy Funds page.
