Pontiac Nonprofit Capacity Building Grantees: 2020

In General

The capacity building grant program focused on assisting nonprofit organizations to sustain and improve organizational effectiveness during the COVID-19 crisis. The Pontiac Funders Collaborative made 18 grants up to $10,000 to help 16 Pontiac-based nonprofit organizations to build the capacity of their leadership, as well as improve the effectiveness of function to ensure organizational sustainability. All applicants were also offered the opportunity for an organizational assessment through the Michigan Nonprofit Association, as well as technical assistance to awardees from Michigan Community Resources.
