As the Event and Marketing Specialist, Kate specializes in organizing events that connect people in creative and positive ways. After joining the Community Foundation staff in 2015 as a member of our philanthropic services team, Kate now uses her communication and organizational skills to host events celebrating and connecting with those impacted by the Community Foundation.
Inside the office, she’s dedicated to helping her coworkers whether it means co-leading office-wide yoga, baking a birthday treat or leading a walk down the Detroit Riverwalk. Outside of work, Kate enjoys getting active and travelling with her husband and their two sons.
